Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Group is the brainchild of Sri. Penmetsa Srinivasa Raju and given his bent towards devotion and spirituality, he named the entity accordingly. His career began at the tender age of 16 when he got into the Dairy industry in Bhimavaram, West Godavari district.
During this journey, Sri Raju realized how owning a home meant the world to many families and he decided to make their dream come true. The primary objective of Sri Raju was to offer the best residential experience to the society and he entered the construction industry in the year 2007. From thereon, he built SLV Constructions brick by brick through his principles of integrity, commitment, hardwork, efficient time management and made it a name to reckon with among buyers and the construction industry.
Over the last two decades, our forte remains being committed to delivering the highest quality living space solutions. We strive to create the most efficient facilities for our customers, right from conceptualization of a project to on-time construction, effective operations and prompt maintenance.
The crux of SLV Group’s foundation came up with the motto of earning customer trust and uncompromising quality. When I look back to where I started in 2007, the journey for SLV was quite epic given the various stages such as the start, the growth and the expansion. Today, I am glad that we as a company are playing a pivotal role in the construction industry providing world-class infrastructure.
My passion is about creating an excellent living environment and complimenting it with hardwork and my philosophy is about creating an expertise in alignment with the latest technology and infrastructure. And this has enabled me to fulfill my goal of delivering dream projects.
