At the outset, SLV Group had its inception in the year 2007 in the town of Bhimavaram with the intent of providing affordable housing and lands. Creating a strong presence and brand in a decade’s time, SLV Group took its next step when it set foot in Vijayawada in the year 2015. This was an ambitious start with a gated community project ‘SLV Anjani Heights’ and this was the first of its kind in the capital city.
With the able guidance and commitment of its founder Sri Penmetsa Srinivasa Raju, SLV Group started making its mark among the people. Owing to the patronage of many loyal clients and the good word of mouth from the buyers, SLV Group expanded its presence across various formats of construction. As a result, this entity has come up with 20 residential projects, 2 commercial projects and even an educational institute so far.

The group is also a prominent member of various construction related organizations like CREDAI- Vijayawada, Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), NAREDCO etc. and all its projects are RERA approved.
